These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website kunjareesilks.com and the Kunjaree Silks mobile applications on iOS and Android (together, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by GoAdorn, a partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN: 29ABBFG2720M1ZB), doing business as Kunjaree Silks (additional trade names: Kunjaree, Kunjaree Silks), having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Vishnave Arcade, Site No. 9, Sy. No. 79/3, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560 103 (“GoAdorn”, “Kunjaree Silks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 18 years and above. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
2. Purchases and payments
When you place an order you may be asked for name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. The payment descriptor may show Kunjaree Silks; the registered merchant is GoAdorn, matching our GST registration. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials.
All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately, including colours and images. Slight variations can occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of textiles. Product details may occasionally contain errors; if we find a material error we will correct it and, where appropriate, contact you about an affected order.

5. Accounts
You may create an account via Shopify Customer Accounts. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. To delete your account, use Delete account or email support@kunjareesilks.com.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of GoAdorn and its licensors. “GoAdorn” is a registered trademark of GoAdorn (Trade Mark No. 6452839, Class 25). Kunjaree / Kunjaree Silks brand assets are used under GoAdorn. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or content without prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoAdorn and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GoAdorn against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and endeavoured to be resolved within one month of receipt.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
