Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders with in India
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: Calculated at the time of checkout
- Express International Shipping: Calculated at the time of checkout
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to certain countries. If you're unsure about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Delays
Please note that there may be some delays in shipping due to customs and postal delays, particularly for international orders. We are not responsible for any customs and postal delays once the package has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Kunjaree Silk Sarees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address if the order has already been processed.
