Yes. Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch for a full refund — just message us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you're still covered by our 7-day easy exchange.
We dispatch orders within 24 hours, and delivery then takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free across India on orders above ₹1,999, and you'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. Every pure silk saree we sell carries an official Silk Mark label — India's authenticity certification issued by the Silk Mark Organisation of India, under the Central Silk Board (Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India). Each label has a tamper-proof hologram with a unique number and QR code that you can scan to confirm the saree is 100% pure natural silk. (The Silk Mark applies only to pure silk sarees, not to blends or non-silk fabrics.)
Beyond the certification, every saree is personally inspected and curated by our team at our Bellandur showroom, and we're always happy to share weaving videos and detailed photos on WhatsApp at +91 99018 71150 before you buy.
