Returns & Exchange Policy

At Kunjaree, we are committed to your satisfaction. 

Returns (Domestic Orders)

1. You may return unused, unworn items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
4. Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to supoort@kunjaree.com with the order details & the return reason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
5. Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same. 
6. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address: Kunjaree, 2nd Floor, Vishnave Arcade, #9, Sy.No. 79/3, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560 103. 

Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
2. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective or not as described.
4. Onward & Return logistic cost of ₹75 for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.

Defective or Incorrect Items

1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to supoort@kunjaree.com with the order details. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
4. The item has to be packed & shipped to the below address: Kunjaree, 2nd Floor, Vishnave Arcade, #9, Sy.No. 79/3, Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560 103. 
5. Upon receiving the item back and checking by our quality team, we will send it to you new item. 

Cancellations

1. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment.
2. Once shipped, the order falls under our return policy.

Important Notes

1. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
2. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price.

This policy is subject to change. Any modifications will be updated on our website and will apply to purchases made after the update date.
